Description
This is a poem I wrote while viewing the trees beginning to turn and a chill in the air. I always get a little melancholy in Autumn. But it doesn't last long anymore. I am anxious to see the birds back at the feeders again.. Wonderful for any wall in your home or office, or perhaps a greeting card. Many more wonderful works can be found in my various galleries, from photographs and photoart to digital creations and abstracts. Thanks for browsing, commenting and most of all for any purchases. Summer is fading,
Autumn is nigh.
I bid it farewell
with a gentle sigh.
But joy soon comes
where sadness had been,
As hues of crimson
and gold creep in.
Viewing God's Handiwork
brightens each day,
As the Master paints
in His wonderful way.
From the tiniest hair
on the Honey Bee,
To majestic mountains
or mighty Oak tree.
This painting's details
are to numerous to name,
For He paints them new
again and again.
So as you view
all the wonderful scenes,
Let it cause you to worship
the King of Kings.
And never forget
that it is all done,
For all mankind
under the Sun.
We are His most treasured
creation you see,
But He gave us a hole
in our hearts is seems.
And nothing we put there
will ever feel right,
Till we fill it with Jesus
and His Glorious Light

This little light of mine,
I'm gonna' let it shine
This little light of mine,
I'm gonna' let it shine
This little light of mine,
I'm gonna' let it shine
Let it shine,
let it shine,
let it shine.
