Description
. .This is a picture of an old hymnal. I turned to page to the hymn "He Set Me Free" as that is one of my favorites and is cherished very popular in many churches. While Amazing Grace may be more well known and is also a favorite of mine,, He set me free is faster and feels more like a celebration for lack of a better word. I captured the shot on a slight angle and then added a grunge effect to enhance the age of the book and Hymn. I also added a light effect, a soft warm light coming from the upper left corner. Wonderful for any wall in your home or office or perhaps a greeting card. Many more wonderful works can be found in my various galleries, from photographs and photoart to digital creations and abstracts. Thanks for browsing, commenting and most of all for any purchases. Debbie, I have an old hymnal from he church I grew up in, thanks to my sister, who rescued a copy for me the week they were going to replace the old books. I love what you've done with this image, and that you've let the words speak for themselves. The vintage touch is just perfect (as is the message)! Lovely work.
