Thank you so much Vijayendra! It was a bit tedious doing all the small feathers with the small photoshop brushes, but it is so much fun for me! :D

Thanks so much Joseph, so glad you like it. I used the brushes in photoshop elements 9, by selecting the brush I wanted, I selected the color of the area I wanted to cover then adjusted the size and opacity of the brush, I just painted over the entire picture using various brushes and strokes till it was covered to my satisfaction. I the went to filters to brush strokes to accented edges and added a very subtle dark outline.. I had to play with the adjustments till it looked natural.. It takes some patience to do, but I really enjoy playing with it. Have fun! :D
